Final pricing, decor details, and services are subject to mutual discussion and confirmation via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
All bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement or written confirmation is received from both parties.
3. Booking and Payments
A booking will be considered confirmed only after a non-refundable advance payment is made.
Full payment terms, timelines, and cancellation policies will be discussed and shared during booking confirmation.
Any delay in payments may result in cancellation of services without refund.
4. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the event details must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation charges, depending on how close to the event date the cancellation is made.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings with prior notice.
5. Use of Customer Photos
We may use photos and videos from your event for our portfolio, website, and social media unless specifically requested in writing not to do so.
If you do not wish to have your images used, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
6. Event Day Responsibilities
The client must ensure the venue is available and accessible at least 4–6 hours prior to the event for setup.
Any delays caused due to venue restrictions may affect the timely execution of the decoration or setup and are not the Company’s responsibility.
Any damages to our props or materials during the event caused by the client, venue, or guests will be chargeable.
7. Third-Party Services
If the event includes services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, DJs, performers), we are not liable for their performance, delays, or issues unless directly contracted by us.
8. Website Usage
You agree not to misuse this website in any way, including but not limited to attempting to hack, spam, or upload malicious content.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content on this website without prior notice.
9. Liability
While we strive to deliver exceptional experiences, the Company shall not be held liable for any unforeseen issues beyond our control.
Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of the services agreed upon and does not extend to consequential or indirect damages.
